32/40 is the largest middle-end engine of MAN. It could be applied as vessel main engine and land generator. The engine has low fuel consumption, exhaust and wearing. The discharging could also meet the IMO request. The 32/40 engine is designed for consumption of fuel 50℃ 700mm2 /S(cSt). It has double cooling system: low temperature system controls the inter cooler, lubricating cooler and electrical machine temperature, high temperature system controls the cylinder liner and cylinder head.
